We are offering complete yard clean-ups at a 25% disount if you schedule yours between November 1st 2010 - February 28th 2011.  Our normal rate for a yard clean-up is $60/hr. and we are reducing this rate to $45/hr over the winter months.  Most yard clean-ups average 3-4 hours but some can take 8-10+ depending on the size of your property.  We charge a dump fee which usually ranges from $25-$100 per load, depending on how much we clean out of your yard.

When we do a yard clean-up on your property, it’s like having a makeover.  We will come in and trim all of your shrubs and lower portions of your trees, clean-up all leaves and debris, clean out window wells, pull weeds, dead head perennials and ornamental grasses, remove annuals, remove trash, and much more.  With a clean-up, you may also want us to re-mulch your mulch beds, pressure wash wood fences, or anything else you can think of.  These services wil cost extra of course, but during winter months we will give you our discounted rate. 

If you don’t want everything done, just tell us what you do want done and we will take care of it for you.  If you are on a tight budget, just tell us how many man hours you would like to order and we will prioritize what you want to do and get as much as we can done in the amount of time you want to pay for.
