Service Prices:

Prices are based on the size of the area being serviced.

-Weekly Lawn Mowing: Starting at $25 per week.

-Lawn aeration: Starting at $30.

-Fertilization: Starting at $35.

-EZ Wet / Revive wetting agent: Starting at $35.

-Spray weeds in grass: Starting at $15.

-Spray weeds in rock/mulch beds: Starting at $25.

-Sprinkler start-ups and blowouts: $45 up to 7 zones, $5 for each additional zone.

-Sprinkler repairs: $60/hr plus parts or a $30 minimum.

-Snow removal: Most storms on most properties – $25 per event.

At Happy Roots our prices for lawn care and sprinkler care are very competitive.  You will get more for your money with us.  We will make sure you are satisfied with our service.  If you are not satisfied we will make it right.  We have been around for 8 years, and have grown considerably each of those 8 years.  Our growth is due to treating our customers right, giving them great service, with excellent results and a fair price.

Budgeting

We know everyone is on a tight budget.  We also know that most homeowners have invested thousands of dollars into their landscaping and sprinkler systems.  We will help you protect that investment by offering only the services you need to keep your landscape thriving, and by teaching you how to assist in the care of your property in between services.  Please see the maintenance priority list below.  It will show you what maintenance practices will give you the most out of your budgeted landscape maintenance dollars, so you can come up with your own prioritized spending plan on your lawn, sprinklers and landscape.

PRIORITIZED LAWN AND PROPERTY CARE:

1.  Water – Water is the most important life giver to your grass and plants.  By spending some money on repairing, updating, or programing your sprinkler system, and getting some education on proper watering, your grass and plants will be healthier.  You will save more money in water than you spent getting the education or repairs done. (See our sprinkler page for more information, tips and facts.) Some water saving products we offer are: Sprinkler repairs, adjustments, clock programming, and education on sprinkler management,  core aeration, and  EZ Wet Soil Penetrant.

2.  Food – Your lawn needs supplemental nutrients.  Our soils are not naturally stacked with all of the nutrients your grass needs to thrive.  (See our fertilizer page for more information.)  We offer fertilizer plans to fit every budget and every need or situation depending on the condition of your lawn and your expectations.

3.  Air – Spending some money on an aeration will not only open up the root zone of your lawn allowing air to get directly to the roots, but it will also allow water and food to move directly into your root zone.  (See our aeration page for more information.)  Services we offer to relieve compaction and allow more air, water, and food into the root zone are: Standard Core Aeration.  Premium Core Aeration’s. EZ Wet Soil Penetrant.
